Spa like Self Paraffin Wax Treatment For Hands and Legs From Home

Paraffin wax treatments are also beneficial to dry, cracked hands and feet. Paraffin is an excellent moisturizer because it forms a light waterproof coating over your skin that helps it retain the oils produced by your body. This "waterproofing" makes paraffin treatments great for soothing and healing dry, cracked skin -- particularly winter-worn hands and feet -- because it offers protection from external elements

Paraffin Hands Treatment:

Prepare the paraffin wax by heating the wax on the heater.
Take the jewelries off from your hands.
Wash your hands with a soap and pat dry.
Rub a little moisturizer in your hands.
Gently submerge your lightly spread left fingers down the paraffin wax. Let stay for a few seconds then put it down again. Repeat 4 to 5 times to have a kind of paraffin glove as a result. The more the paraffin glove, the better. Then put your paraffin glove hand into the plastic bag and fix it tightly. Wait for about 10-12 minutes until the wax hardens. You need somebody to do that for you!
Then, do the same with the right hand. After repeating the procedure and your both hands are with paraffin gloves, wait for about 10 to 12 minutes after you have inserted the hands inside a spa warm gloves.
Pull off the paraffin wax gloves with the plastic bags from your hands. Get off the remaining wax from your hands.
You can have your manicure now.

  • Wash your feet and pat dry clean.
  • Rub a little moisturizer on your feet.
  • When the paraffin has melted and is at the right temperature, slowly submerge your clean feet on the heater. First the left or the right foot. Slightly spread your toes so that the paraffin wax can reach the spaces between the toes. Submerge the feet 4 to 5 times so that the paraffin wax covers the foot like a glove on your skin. The thicker the paraffin glove, the better. Then insert your foot into a plastic bag and seal it tightly.
  • Repeat the same procedure to the other right or left foot. Don´t forget to submerge the foot 4 to 5 times. When it´s done, insert it inside a plastic bag and seal it tightly.
  • Put the feet inside the booties and let it rest for around 10 minutes to let it harden.
  • Pull off the paraffin wax glove with the plastic bags from your feet. Remove the remaining wax after that. There, you can feel how soft your feet are.
  • You can have your pedicure now.
